PLAY ALONG THE CHESTATEE.  This 17+/- acre tract has frontage in two areas on the Chestatee River with waters both wide and tumbling.  The property is nicely wooded, with a bit of gentle terrain at the river and a nice small hilltop up above.  A bit of cleanup work is in order to remove some debris and there's an easement through the property but the price at $8,500 per acre is very reasonable.  For a weekend hangout it would be excellent (campers are ok and there are no covenants), and there's an old rough small cabin on the property at the river which you might be able to salvage/reconstruct as a primitive weekend getaway.  Or there are also a couple of good hilltop building sites for a new home or cabin.
